About Us
Founded by a passionate food scientist and starting operations in 2015, we are the only co-packer located in northern Mexico able to meet the demands of beverage entrepreneurs and mid size companies trying to enter the exciting RTD beverage market. Our prime location just 2 hours south of the border allows us to service clients in Mexico and in the USA, meeting or exceeding all the sanitary requirements set by regulating authorities in both countries.

Capabilities
Our Manufacturing facility was built straight from the ground up to be a bottling facility. Floors, walls and ceilings are made from washable materials that allow us to handle a completely sanitary operation. All the machinery located in the processing area is made from high grade sanitary stainless steel. We strictly follow guidelines set by the IFS-Global Markets Food program regulating our good manufacturing practices and quality procedures.

We handle a boutique bottling operation, highly flexible in both product and packaging, able to produce shelf stable beverages with or without preservatives.

Formulation
​
-High Shear Mixing for dispersing hard to dissolve powders such as gums, fibers and carrageenans.
-Real Brewed Tea straight from tea leaves.
-Flexible Batching Sizes of 200 gallon pilot runs up to 2600 gallon batches.
Processing
-Tube in Tube pasteurisation able to handle free flowing liquids, liquids with particulates and pulp
and even liquids with high viscocity such as salsas and dressings.
-In line filtering.
-Hot Fill or Cold Fill.
-Standard processing parameters are certified by an FDA Thermal Process Authority.
-Cold Processing via HPP is also an option with a nearby partner facility.

Filling
-Highly flexible equipment able to handle PET, PE or Glass Containers.
-Most shapes and sizes under 64 oz are allowed.

Labeling
-Partial shrink sleeve and full shrink sleeve.
-Steam tunnel for even shrinking.
-Pressure sensitive spot or wraparound roll fed label.

Packaging
-Automatic shrink wrapping with or without tray.
-Boxing.
-Pallet Wrapping.
